Default Parts of Speech

I need help identifying the part of speech for the underlined word.

The general will exhort his troops to pursue the enemy and win the battle.

My answer: verb

A disproportionate number of boys were enrolled in the life skills class.

My answer: adverb

Getting between the desks was difficult because of the cluttered floor.

My answer: adverb

Donna and Dave dwadled dreamily on the deck.

My answer: adverb

In his tuxedo, he was the personification of class.

My answer: noun

A complex geometry problem stumped the parent.

My answer: adjective

Each learned the math problem for the test.

My answer: noun

The thief pilfered the jewels from the safe.

My answer: verb

Elegantly dressed in her prom gown, Stella floated down the stairway.

My answer: adverb

When Sheila saw the finish line, she knew victory was hers.

My answer: pronoun

I spent an extensive amount of time and effort trying to figure this out and I am sure many of these are still wrong so please help.

the rest are correct except for the following and these are my answers :

disproportionate - adjective

each - adjective
Elegantly - adjective
