Cite it just the same as you would cite a normal published book. Look for a copyright page at the beginning of the ebook. If it doesn't have copyright information, look elsewhere on the internet for publication data.

Does Kindle not have page numbers? How do you keep track of where you were? Ebooks typically have numbered pages. If not, the pdf viewer should tell you what page you are on.
